Very kind extremely professional, put at ease on arrival injection delivered no well I did not feel it all.

Could not have been better.
Roger and Joe were extremely pleasant and made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure.

I have had to visit a few times. Would have preferred to have tests all done on the same day as I have had to travel quite a bit.

- Doctor’s communication was poor with regards to knowing what is the plan.
- Timely communication of the plan and care must be improves.

Nursing and theatre staff were very caring, compassionate and efficient.
Suggested improvements
Waiting for long periods of time before procedure increased my anxiety but I understand why.
